* Coordinating for all dispatch related activities i.e. arranging the Transportation, negotiating the rates
- Coordinating with inter department for timely dispatch, ensuring the dispatch to happen as per time line set
- Arranging for couriers for dispatch by Surface and Air
- Managing day to day dispatch requirement of export
- Managing timely Dispatch & Custom Clearance
- Cross checking of all the Invoices of Forwarders, C.H.A. and Transportation against their negotiated Quotation &/or Tariffs and booking of the same with account department.
- Maintaining full records of Export Shipments done and upcoming Export Orders
- Preparing proforma invoice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
