**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Booking & Scheduling**:

- Handle OPD appointment bookings via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Coordinate schedules with doctors and departments
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and rescheduling
- **Patient Handling & Assistance**:

- Greet patients and provide a welcoming environment
- Guide patients through hospital procedures, departments, and consultation rooms
- Ensure smooth OPD flow and manage patient queues effectively
- **Patient Queries & Support**:

- Respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly
- Address concerns related to services, procedures, and consultations
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for quick issue resolution
- **Billing & Payment Coordination**:

- Generate estimates and billing summaries
- Coordinate with the billing team for payment collection and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in billing
- **OPD Administration**:

- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital software system
- Prepare daily OPD reports and submit to the concerned departments
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the OPD area
- **Gender**: Female (as per hospital requirement)
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Administration preferred)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in hospital front desk or patient coordination roles
- **Skills Required**:

- Fluent in **English** and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Software)
- Organized, patient-friendly, and capable of handling pressure.
