Identify potential suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers for required products or services.

Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as quality, price, delivery capabilities, and reliability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the organization.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

Develop procurement plans and strategies to meet the organization's needs while optimizing costs.

Forecast demand and ensure an adequate supply of materials to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Create purchase orders based on approved requisitions or procurement requests.

Ensure accuracy of purchase orders, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.

Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper invoicing and payment processing.

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and industry benchmarks to make informed purchasing decisions.

Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining product quality and supplier relationships.

Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure purchased products and materials meet the required quality standards.

Address and resolve any quality-related issues with suppliers promptly and effectively.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products and materials are available when needed.

Implement inventory control measures to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Generate regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance for management review.

Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Identify and manage any risks associated with procurement processes.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
