**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Job Description **:We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. As a Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Your responsibilities will include creating purchase orders, conducting supplier evaluations, negotiating pricing, and maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
- Create and process purchase orders accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Generate reports on procurement performance and cost savings.
- Assist in quality control and handle discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with procurement software/tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Understanding of contractual and legal aspects of procurement.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)
