Job Description: Customer Support Executive (BPO)

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Education: B.Com with Finance / MBA with Finance / Any other degree in Finance
Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:
Handle inbound calls to address and resolve customer queries effectively.

Provide accurate information on financial products/services and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. B2B Sales:
Identify potential B2B sales opportunities during customer interactions.

Promote and pitch relevant financial products or services to business clients.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with business clients.

3. Financial Insights:
Leverage finance expertise to assist customers with inquiries related to financial products.

Provide well-informed solutions and guidance on financial services.

4. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Generate and present regular reports on customer service metrics and sales performance.

5. Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them efficiently.

Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-ups.

6. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Share customer insights to help improve processes and financial offerings.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Com with Finance, MBA with Finance, or any other finance-related degree is mandatory.

Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Prior experience in customer service or B2B sales is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial concepts and products.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
