We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer
Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting users with their queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience for our
customers. Freshers with a strong willingness to build a career in customer support are encouraged to apply While a Web3 background is preferred, it is not mandatory.

customers effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive
engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information.
**Requirements**:
- 0-6 months of customer support experience (freshers with excellent communication skills
are welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of fintech or crypto (preferred but not required).
