**An Sr. Marketing Executive - Export documentation** professional prepares and manages export-related documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents. They ensure that all documents are accurate and comply with export regulations. Responsibilities
- **Prepare documents**: Create and verify export documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- **Ensure compliance**: Ensure that all documents are accurate and compliant with domestic and international regulations
- **Coordinate with others**: Work with banks, suppliers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders
- **Track shipments**: Monitor the movement of documents, shipments, and payments
- **Prepare reports**: Create reports on shipments, delivery schedules, and other issues
- **Maintain records**: Keep records of export documents and payments
- **Support cross-functional teams**: Collaborate with teams involved in international business transactions

**Skills and qualifications**
- Strong understanding of export regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in international marketing or sales
- Certification from the National Association of Exporters and Importers
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
