**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote AMEC Technology’s products and services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our technology products and services to prospective clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by identifying and reaching out to new prospects.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:1-2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in a technology or software company.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:
*Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware products, with the *ability to understand and explain technical features and benefits.
*Experience in a B2B sales environment.
*Understanding of R&D and innovative technology solutions.
*Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
*Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
