- Attending to Phone Calls
- Maintenance of Attendance Register
- Maintenance of Visitor Register
- Maintenance of leave records
- Maintenance of courier Register (Inward) and handing over to respective person
- Tracking Couriers
- Preparing of MOM -Monthly Meeting
- Following up of attendance details from Hyderabad office weekly
- Scanning and filing of Documents as per requirement
- Maintain and having records to employee time log details
- Ordering of Water Cans
- Sharing the attendance and time sheet to HR on every month 25th
- Maintain first Aid Box medicine for staffs
- Maintain of pest control for servicing
- Coordinate for day-to-day activities to maintain office clean
- Ordering Stationery and office maintenance items
- Assisting in events held at office like work anniversary, festival
Provide travel desk support both for Bangalore & Hyderabad
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
