**Responsibilities of RM ( Relationship manager)**
- Attending live calls of guardians and teachers.
- Convincing and counseling the guardian with the right information.
- Entering guardian data in CRM
- Creating leads and posting in WhatsApp and Facebook groups.
- Taking updates from the tutor regarding the status of the lead.
- Taking feedback from the guardian.
- Talking(chatting) to guardians and tutors in WhatsApp third party software.
- Handling calling software and making notes of every call in the software etc.
- shortlisting profile from CRM then assigning the lead to tutor to talk to the guardian
- Retargeting the guardians from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
