**Role Overview**:
As a **Telecaller (Pet Care Advisor)**, you’ll be the voice of AnimalsLover, guiding potential pet parents through adoption inquiries, explaining our health guarantee, and promoting our ecosystem of services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound/outbound calls** for pet adoption queries, vet services, and subscription plans.
- Educate customers about our **AI health monitoring, 1-year guidance program**, and pet insurance.
- Follow up with leads via calls/WhatsApp to **convert inquiries into adoptions**.
- Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Upsell **pet care subscriptions, grooming packages, and premium products**.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Excellent **Hindi/English communication** (Regional language a plus)
Basic tech savviness (CRM tools, WhatsApp Business)
**Pet lover** who understands breed traits/care basics
Persuasive yet empathetic conversational style
Ability to work in **6-day shifts** (including weekends)
