- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing or a related role.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to new trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience in influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
- Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
