**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for all social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages.
- Optimize website and social media pages for SEO to improve search rankings and traffic.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing, social ads).
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI).
- Work closely with the design and content teams to create impactful creatives, videos, and posts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Build and grow online communities to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
- Knowledge of automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho.
- Basic understanding of WordPress/Shopify or website CMS.
- Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations.

**Job Type**
- Full-time / Part-time (as per company requirement)

**Compensation**
- Competitive salary + performance incentives
