**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**POSITION: DRAFTSMAN**

**JOB SUMMERY**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Able to Prepare detail drawings of Retail fixture & interior drawing and assist in translating conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and specifications.

2. Produce accurate and detailed interior design drawings

3. Collaborate with designers to develop design solutions that meet client requirements and project goals.

4. Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Review and revise drawings based on feedback

6. Knowledge - CADD Software, Solid works, Sketch up

7. Measurement calculation with conversion.

8. Provides follow-up support with team.

**KEY COMPETENCIES (Technical)**:

- Proficient in ACAD, Revit, Photoshop, Google Sketch up, Enscape, 2D, 3D Max, Illustrator and drafting software
- Ability to convert ideas into design through sketching manually.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Has ability to manage the activities of several projects concurrently

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma or ITI in Draftsman/Interior Design/Architecture
- 2-3 years of experience in drafting of corporate, retail & hospitality interior projects for well-known brands.

**REMUNERATION**:20K - 30K

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
