**Job Description of Site Supervisor (Shop Fixtures and Fitouts)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Coordinate and oversee turnkey interior execution work for shop fixture and fit out projects.**

**2. Take accurate site measurements and ensure adherence to design drawings.**

**3. Read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.**

**4. Supervise work progress and conduct quality checks of finishing work to ensure compliance with timelines and guidelines.**

**5. Complete site work efficiently and effectively, resolving any issues that may arise.**

**6. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.**

**1. Proven experience in interior fit-out projects, particularly in retail sector.**

**2. Comprehensive understanding of various interior and finishing materials.**

**3. Experience in interior fit-out projects with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.**

**4. Ability and willingness to travel extensively Pan India.**

**5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.**

**Education and Experience**:
**1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.**

**2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in site supervision or project management in the interior fit-out industry.**
