**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all on-site interior work including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishes.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and within the given timeline.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth on-site operations.
- Monitor material usage and availability; ensure timely procurement and mínimal wastage.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays proactively.
- Maintain proper documentation of site work, materials, and labor records.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of interior fit-outs, materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of on-site supervision experience** in interior projects (residential, commercial, or retail).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site protocols.

Pay: ₹9,027.16 - ₹15,000.11 per month
