**Position**:Heat Exchanger manufacturing Foreman

**Salary -** 3000-3500 FIXED (1600-1800+OT)

**Location: Saudi Arabia**

Minimum 3years experience required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Lead, coordinate, and supervise a team of technicians and operators involved in the production of heat exchangers.
- **Production Oversight**: Manage the daily operations of heat exchanger manufacturing, including assembly, welding, and testing processes.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all heat exchangers meet quality standards and customer specifications, conducting regular inspections and tests.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict safety protocols on the shop floor, ensuring all team members follow safety standards and guidelines.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste while maintaining quality.
- **Material and Resource Management**: Oversee the management of raw materials, inventory, and tools to ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production schedules, quality control inspections, and any issues encountered. Report to senior management regarding production status, issues, and improvements.
- **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development to team members, ensuring they are up-to-date with best practices and manufacturing techniques.
- **Troubleshooting**: Resolve any operational or technical issues that arise during the production process, ensuring mínimal disruption to manufacturing timelines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Supervisor, Foreman, or in a similar leadership role within manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of heat exchanger fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Experience with welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG) and materials used in heat exchangers (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.).

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
