BNC is hiring for shared services setup for HR employee Services role for Gurgaon location
- Support the retained business lines by providing assistance to the employees with their day to day HR related personal requests
- Responsible for ensuring completing employee request within accepted time period
- Act as main point of contact for HR inquiries
- Develop communication and plan to inform workers about their rewards and provide continuing program updates
- Ensure high level of accuracy in deliverables
- Bachelor’s/Masters having 2-5 years of experience in employee services role
- Working knowledge of ERP - SAP
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
