**Your key responsibilities**:

- Assist end users and technical teams with troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
- Configure, document, test, and deploy system updates following IT compliance standards.
- Execute data updates via established data management protocols.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate system changes and improvements.

**What you'll bring**:
**Required**:

- Proficiency with Oracle ARCS, EPBCS, and Fusion Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the financial close cycle and financial statements.
- Experience in EPM technical configuration, including rules/calculation logic.
- Knowledge of ARCS/EPBCS integration with Oracle ERP and other source systems.
- Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, and data integration tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.

**Experience we consider a plus**:

- Experience with Mulesoft and SmartView reporting.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and intercompany eliminations.
- Familiarity with financial audits, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Kanban.
