**4. Location : Mumbai and Pune**

**5. Salary : 1,80,000- 2,40,000 LPA + Store Incentives + Accidental insurance + Food/Food Allowance + loyalty Bonus (After 18 month)**

**Job Definition**

To ensure the service of food and beverage to the guest with appropriate courtesy and efficiency
**Qualification**

Diploma/Degree-Hotel Management, Any Graduate, Master

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- a. Greet every guest upon arrival and welcome them into the restaurant
- b. Be a Dine-in expert, encouraging guests to understand Menu and assist with any questions
- c. Be knowledgeable about the mobile app and all its capabilities ie. Mobile ordering, offers, nutritional info etc.
- d. Support service staff with bringing table service orders out and serving out-of-sequence orders to guests
- e. Anticipate guests needs in order to create a stress-free environment
- f. Engage in “Hygiene-checks”, intercepting almost any guest complaints
- g. Create “WOW” moments for families and children using tools such as standee Photos, games, etc.
- h. Support dining room staff in ways that also help create connections with guests and keep the dining room spotless.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- a**. 0-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required**:

- b. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- c. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- d. Excellent leaderships skills
- e. Problem-solving skills.
- f. The ability to priorities and juggle multiple responsibilities

In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignment is given on an occasional basis or daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.
