**Objectives of this role**

**Responsibilities -**
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns.
- Escalate issues to higher levels of support as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Document and update customer information in the database.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, updates, and changes.
- Provide product education to customers as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Share insights and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

**Requirement/ Skills Needed : Education**:Graduate or above

**Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Year of Experience**: 2 Yrs in CRM or same industry

**Location **:Gurugram

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
