- Support and assist EPC to understand and develop the procedural QHSE gaps and ensure

Practices / Tools, in consultation with BLE, to improve HSE culture.
- Shall ensure and assist EPC’s QHSE system are in-line with ISO guidelines to make project

future ready for ISO certifications.
- Shall own drive QHSE site level system as per scope and its implementation inline with BLE QHSE policy and objectives.

5. QHSE Personnel will prepare the site inspection and field audit report in-line with the guideline of BLE and work & preparing the report as per Blue leaf’s standard Format/ service provider’s format share / escalate to site BLE construction Manager and QHSE Manager.

6. Deployed QHSE personnel will actively participate in BLE HSE governance system like weekly / monthly QHSE reviews, Safety walks, Trainings, Motivations program etc for BLE employees.

7. Deployed QHSE personnel will assist BLE team for contractor HSE management system like audit, trainings, incident investigations, reporting and analysis.

8. Deployed QHSE personnel will assist BLE QHSE lead for weekly (if applicable) and monthly QHSE MIS, QHSE indicator monitoring and in QHSE review mechanism.

9. To complete the project work within timeline, in case work is going on at night, then the QHSE

personnel shall be available at that time as and when required.

10. Deployed QHSE personnel shall follow Blueleaf’s HSE Policy & Local Govt Policy strictly.

11. Deployed QHSE personnel shall ensure that all the site level inspection shall be done as per relevant and applicable standards.
