Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with current trends in education and counseling.

**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as an Academic Counsellor, where you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students on their educational journey. As an Academic Counsellor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing personalized guidance, fostering academic success, and promoting holistic development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, challenges, and aspirations.
- Provide guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways.
- Assist students in developing effective study skills, time management, and organizational strategies.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive academic environment.
- Stay informed about educational trends, career opportunities, and university admission requirements.
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics related to academic success, career development, and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of educational systems, curriculum, and career pathways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and career exploration resources.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
