**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads generated through our website and other sources, providing information, answering queries, and converting them into successful enrollments or sign-ups.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call and follow up with potential leads from the website, campaigns, and referrals
- Explain our services clearly and confidently to prospects
- Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable offerings
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Meet daily and monthly conversion targets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
