Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Marketing:
○ Run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation and app installs.

○ Execute App Campaigns to drive installs, engagement, and in-app conversions.

○ Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROAS, and reduce CPA.
- CRM & User Engagement:
○ Build customer journeys and funnels to maximize retention and repeat usage.

○ Work with CRM tools (e.g., Netcore, Clevertap, Inerakt) for automation and personalization.
- Content Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the content team to develop ad creatives, engaging hooks, and copy that convert.

○ Contribute ideas for landing page optimization and ad storytelling.
- Shopify & D2C Sales:
○ Manage Shopify store campaigns to boost sales.

○ Track purchase funnels and optimize checkout conversions.
- Analytics & Funnel Tracking:
○ Analyze marketing funnels from awareness to conversion.

○ Generate performance reports and actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of funnel building and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Shopify / eCommerce marketing.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel.
- Creative thinking for hooks, ad copy, and campaign strategy.
