**Responsibilities**:
JOB TITLE: TELESALES EXECUTIVES
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services
Build and maintain a strong customer database through effective lead generation techniques
Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Present product features, benefits, and pricing to customers on a persuasive manner
Meet or exceed individual sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential cross selling or upselling opportunities
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Any Graduate Fresher with a zeal and enthusiasm to contribute to the srarsization's growth
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skill
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Highly motivated and target-oriented
Ability to adapt to change and work wall in a team
Languages: ENGLISH, TAMIL
