**Job Overview**:
As a **Telesales Representative**, you will be the voice of our telecom brand, reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential or existing customers over the phone to promote telecom services (internet, mobile plans, data packages, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate plans or services.
- Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and features.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Record customer details, interactions, and sales in CRM systems accurately.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Stay updated with telecom industry trends and product knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus).
- **Experience**: Previous telesales or customer service experience in the telecom industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills. (English, Hindi or Malayalam)
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
