**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision components based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and raw materials on machines; ensure proper alignment and calibration.
- Load programs into CNC machines and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor the machining process and conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure longevity and functionality of equipment.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in machining operations or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Maintain proper documentation for jobs completed, including inspection reports and production logs.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality control teams to optimize production and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve machining practices by providing input on tooling, setup improvements, and workflow optimization.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- 0-4 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning and/or milling operations (training or internship experience considered for freshers).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programming codes (G-code, M-code).
- Familiarity with commonly used measuring instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and height gauges.
- Basic understanding of machining principles, material types, and tooling systems.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts and follow production timelines.
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
