Role Responsibilities: Marketing Specialist
- Strategize and Execute Campaigns
- Content Creation
○ Develop engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations that highlight Alphabin’s unique value proposition.
○ Work on creating impactful visual and written material for both online and ofine channels.
- Market Research
○ Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
○ Gather customer insights to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Event Management
○ Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and client workshops to showcase Alphabin’s expertise.
- Analytics and Reporting
○ Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.

Role Responsibilities: Sales Executive
- Client Acquisition
○ Identify and approach potential clients in target markets, communicating the benets of Alphabin’s QA and AI solutions.
- Relationship Building
○ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
○ Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align their business goals with Alphabin’s innovative solutions.
- Solution Selling
○ Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
○ Present Alphabin’s offerings in a compelling way, demonstrating ROI and the value of automation and AI-driven QA processes.
- Negotiations and Closing
○ Drive negotiations, prepare contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reporting and CRM
○ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track performance metrics, and deliver regular sales reports to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 03 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
