**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional **Front Desk Executive / Receptionist** to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication between clients, visitors, and internal departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable at all times
- Handle visitor check-ins and issue visitor badges
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage conference room bookings and ensure readiness for meetings
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related fields is a plus
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
