**CTC**: ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 per month + Incentives
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a responsible and energetic **Sports Center Executive** who can independently manage the day-to-day operations of our sports facility while also driving **inside sales**. This is not a managerial title, but the role requires complete ownership of the center’s functioning — including customer service, sales, and administration.

**Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Explain services, pricing, and packages to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Convert inquiries into bookings or memberships through follow-ups.
- Maintain customer database and ensure timely renewals.

**Center Operations & Management**:

- Oversee daily functioning of the center — opening/closing, cleanliness, and basic upkeep.
- Maintain stock/inventory of sports equipment and consumables.
- Handle billing, cash collections, and daily reporting to management.
- Manage customer walk-ins, provide a friendly front-desk experience.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at convincing and closing sales (in-person and over phone).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel,Billing software).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
