**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as **distributing flyers, banners, standees, and holding hoardings** in high footfall areas.
- **Promote real estate projects** through direct interaction with the public in residential areas, commercial zones, and public places.
- **Engage with walk-in customers**, passersby, and potential leads to introduce project features and benefits.
- Organize and coordinate **site visits** for interested prospects and ensure smooth follow-up.
- Generate leads through **offline promotions, roadshows, canopies, kiosks**, and local marketing campaigns.
- Collect and maintain a database of leads and share regular reports with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies and meet campaign targets.
- Represent the company in **events, exhibitions, and local marketing drives**.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's projects, pricing, and market positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher’s who are enthusiastic to do business or experienced in any sales field
- Comfortable with extensive **fieldwork and outdoor activities**.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Willingness to travel
- Two-wheeler **(required)**

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: 15000 + **Incentives/Commissions** based on lead conversion.
- **Perks**: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, and performance-based rewards.
