**Job Title**: PGT Coordinator

**Location**: Wagholi, Pune
**Qualification**: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
**Salary Range**: ₹70,000 - ₹80,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 4 to 5 years
**Gender Preference**: Open to All (Male/Female)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor curriculum planning, execution, and assessment practices to maintain high academic standards.
- Organize regular workshops, training sessions, and professional development activities for PGTs.
- Ensure compliance with educational boards (CBSE/ICSE/State) guidelines.
- Track and analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and school leadership for holistic student development.
- Assist in teacher recruitment, classroom observations, and academic planning.
- B.Ed degree is mandatory
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in teaching or as an academic coordinator, preferably at the senior secondary level
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team of educators
- Proficient in using digital tools and school management systems

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
