**Job Title**: Academic Coordinator (Grades 9-12)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate academic activities for Grades 9 and 12.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation as per CBSE guidelines.
- Monitor student performance and conduct academic reviews regularly.
- Plan and execute exam schedules, analyze results, and organize parent-teacher meetings.
- Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students for board exam readiness.
- Facilitate teacher training and development workshops.
- Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, students, and parents.
- Maintain academic records and documentation for audits and CBSE compliance.
- Address discipline, attendance, and behavioral issues in coordination with class teachers.
- Plan and implement all school events (academic and co-curricular).
- Handle daily substitution of teachers effectively.
- Perform day-to-day administration duties efficiently.
- Manage and monitor school stationery and resources.
- Demonstrate basic administration and organizational skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of CBSE portals such as LOC, OASIS, SARAS, and related workflows.
- Draft, circulate, and manage school circulars and official communication.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience; at least 2 years in a leadership/coordination role.
- Strong understanding of CBSE board exam structures and student assessment methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and school management software.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
