₹70,000 - ₹80,000 per month

**Profile Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership**:

- Monitor the quality of teaching and provide feedback to improve instructional practices.

**Teacher Management**:

- Supervise and support PGT faculty in lesson planning, assessments, and classroom management.
- Conduct regular teacher training, evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative team environment among faculty members.

**Student Development**:

- Track academic performance and learning outcomes of senior students.
- Organize enrichment programs, remedial sessions, and career guidance workshops.
- Ensure students are prepared for board exams, competitive entrance tests, and future academic pursuits.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation in coordination with school leadership.
- Liaise with parents during PTMs and provide academic insights and updates.
- Work closely with the Principal/Vice Principal on school improvement plans.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a senior secondary teaching or academic coordination role.
- Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
