### **Position Overview**
### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging videos, posts, and stories to showcase the interiors, exteriors, and amenities of properties.
- **Property Tours**: Conduct virtual and in-person walkthroughs, explaining architectural designs, interior layouts, and landscaping.
- **Audience Engagement**: Build a strong online presence and interact with followers, answering questions about properties and providing insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with real estate agents, developers, and marketing teams to align on key messaging and branding.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on current real estate trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- **Editing and Publishing**: Use video editing tools and content scheduling platforms to ensure a professional and consistent online presence.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
### **Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Proven track record as a media influencer or content creator, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic understanding of real estate, interior design, and architecture.
- Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools.
- **Creativity**: Ability to produce innovative and visually appealing content that resonates with the audience.
- **Personality**: Charismatic, relatable, and confident on camera.
- **Education**: Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
