**Job Summary**

Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**

Scope of Work. As, your duties and obligations will include Responsible for carrying out
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Building content calendars and scheduling/publishing content
- Community management (replying to comments and messages, flagging issues to other teams)
- Acting as a channel owner for all social media accounts, knowing each channels best practices, creating

campaigns plans and writing creative briefs
- Supporting influencer marketing initiatives
- Social Listening (including monitoring hashtags and branded keywords, detecting brand safety issues,

managing social media crises and identifying real-time marketing opportunities.
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Creating / Curating content ( taking photos, writing copy, designing or modifying graphics, editing videos,making reels and IGTV content)
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite...
- Attend educational conferences
- Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Track and analyze SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization
- Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media
- Provide constructive feedback
- and also responsible for creating reports as per needs of the organization and clients.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
