**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize office documentation (filing, scanning, photocopying)
- Enter and update data accurately in databases and systems
- Assist with inventory management and procurement processes
- Coordinate with front office staff and other departments as needed
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested
- Support bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for office staff
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or similar is a plus
- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Office-based environment
- Occasional overtime may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
