International Sales Executive

Strategic Planning:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion. Team
Leadership:
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
2.Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's performance. Client Relationship
Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients in the food industry.
2. Understand client needs, address concerns, and propose effective solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Operations:
1. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
2. Monitor sales metrics, track progress against goals, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Collaboration:
1. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
2. Provide feedback to improve product offerings based on market demands and client feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the food industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data and make strategic recommendations.
6. Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the food industry.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
