**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
- **Information Architecture**: Create site maps, user flows, and wireframes to communicate design concepts and organize content.
- **Interaction Design**: Develop user-centered designs by considering personas, task flows, and user journeys.
- **Prototyping**: Design interactive prototypes to test design ideas and demonstrate functionality.
- **Visual Design**: Create high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and refine designs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders across global teams to ensure design consistency and implementation of features.
- **Iterative Design**: Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and new insights.
- **Flexible Working Hours**: Willingness to work in the IST evening shift to align with international teams and ensure collaboration in a startup environment.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the UX/UI design space.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: [Insert experience requirement, e.g., 2+ years of UX design experience]
- **Tools**: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing design process, user-centered design thinking, and problem-solving skills.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional, global teams, including developers and product managers.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- **Startup Mindset**: Highly motivated to work in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

**Nice to Have**:

- **Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.**:

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,001.00 per year
