**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Graphics Designer** with strong **UI/UX design experience** to join our dynamic team. As a key member of BNF Consulting, you will contribute to our brand’s visual storytelling across digital platforms. Your role will involve creating visually engaging designs, enhancing user interfaces, and ensuring a seamless experience for our digital users.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Graphics Design**: Create high-quality visuals for digital and print, including reports, presentations, social media content, and marketing materials.
- **UI/UX Design**: Lead the design of user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for BNF’s websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- **Branding**: Ensure that all designs are consistent with BNF Consulting’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing, environmental engineers, and other teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
- **Prototyping & Wireframing**: Develop prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts and improve usability.
- **User-Centered Design**: Use feedback and research to improve user experience across all digital platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, client proposals, and industry reports.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work. Experience in UI/UX design is required.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Language**: Fluent in English.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience designing for environmental or sustainability-focused businesses.
- Familiarity with website development processes and collaborating with developers.
- Ability to work in remote, multicultural teams across different time zones.
- Certification in project management or related fields is a plus.

Pay: ₹38,970.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
