**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Assistant Duties**:

- Handle routine clerical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and organize office records and files.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Support the team with documentation, printing, scanning, and correspondence.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

**Cashier Duties**:

- Handle cash and banking transactions.
- Maintain daily cash register and prepare cash reports.
- Issue receipts, process payments, and reconcile transactions.
- Assist in bill collections and deposit processes.
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed securely.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented with basic math skills.
