**Position Overview**:
We are excited to welcome a dynamic and creative Content Creator Intern to our team. The Content Creator Intern will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and producing engaging content that showcases our brand identity and captivates our audience across various digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and foster community growth. Create and schedule content calendars, monitor social media platforms, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
- **Photography and Videography**: Assist in the production of high-quality photography and videography for product shoots, lookbooks, and promotional campaigns. This involves setting up lighting, styling jewelry pieces, capturing aesthetically pleasing shots, and editing content to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal.
- **Content Curation and Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, fashion influences, and emerging content formats to inspire creative ideas and ensure relevance in content creation. Curate user-generated content, collaborate with influencers, and conduct market research to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience engagement.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align content strategies with overall brand objectives and promotional initiatives. Communicate effectively to share ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to brainstorming sessions for content ideation and execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for fashion, jewelry, and Digital content creation.
- Strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in photography/videography techniques and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

**Duration and Compensation**:

- Duration: 3 months
- Compensation: 6000 to 10000
