Legal Growth Marketing, Inc. helps law firms across the U.S. drive more business and gain more clients via lead generation, live calls (qualified inbound calls), and more. We focus on providing qualified claimants to the lawyers and filter out any leads that aren’t qualified. We provide legal leads in Motor Vehicle accidents, Trucking accidents, Motorcycle accidents, DUI, Worker's Compensation, Medical Malpractice, and other types of Personal Injuries.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**BI Solution Design**:

- Design and implement enterprise-wide BI architecture, including data modeling, data integration, and reporting frameworks.
- Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for BI development and deployment.

**Data Architecture**:

- Develop scalable and efficient data models for reporting and analytics.
- Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses or data lakes.

**ETL and Data Integration**:

- Design and manage ETL workflows and data pipelines to ensure seamless data integration.
- Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for performance and reliability.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of analytics and insights to stakeholders.

**Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data needs and align BI strategies with business goals.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor and enhance BI system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging BI technologies and trends to implement improvements.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data architecture, and analytics.
- Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, MDX,Excel and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and database optimization.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
