**Job Summary**:
The **Sales Executive** at Damro Furniture is responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting Damro’s furniture range. The role involves understanding customer needs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for furniture products (sofas, beds, dining sets, etc.).
- Actively approach walk-in customers, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Upsell/cross-sell products and promote promotional campaigns.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well-presented.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and customer trends.
- Share feedback with management to improve offerings.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain sales records and update CRM systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ years in retail sales (furniture/home décor preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with persuasive abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Knowledge of furniture materials (wood, upholstery) is a plus.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time (may include weekends/public holidays).
- **Environment**: Showroom-based with occasional outdoor customer visits.
