**Job Title**: Sales Executive - C&I Solar

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and qualify potential C&I clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events.
- **Needs Analysis & Solution Development**: Understand client energy needs, conduct site assessments (if required), and develop customized solar solutions that meet their specific requirements and budgets.
- **Proposal Development & Presentation**: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, including technical and financial details, highlighting the value proposition of our solar solutions.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, including C-level executives, facility managers, and procurement teams.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the solar industry.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Experience selling complex technical solutions is a plus.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, including PV systems, inverters, and other components.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
