**Developing Marketing Strategies**: Creating and implementing marketing plans and strategies to drive foot traffic and sales in retail stores.

**Visual Merchandising**: Ensuring that the store layout and product displays are attractive and effectively showcase the products.

**Promotions and Advertising**: Planning and executing advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and special events to attract customers.

**Market Research**: Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and market trends, and using this information to tailor marketing efforts.

**Collaboration**: Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.

**Budget Management**: Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that campaigns and activities stay within budgetary constraints.

**Data Analysis**: Analyzing sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.

**Inventory Management**: Coordinating marketing efforts with inventory levels to avoid overstock or understock situations.

**Competitor Analysis**: Keeping an eye on the competition and adapting marketing strategies as needed to stay competitive in the retail market.

**Customer Feedback**: Collecting and responding to customer feedback and concerns, and making improvements accordingly.

**Branding**: Maintaining and promoting the brand image of the retail store and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
