**Job Overview**:As a Client Service Executive (Female) at GK Rickshaw Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client relationships within the automobile sector. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This position is specifically aimed at promoting gender diversity within our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the automobile sector.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and track client orders, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it internally to improve our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client service or account management, preferably in the automobile sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A passion for the automobile industry and sustainable transportation solutions.

**Salary**: ₹10,380.37 - ₹18,000.00 per month
