Service Executive

**Job Title: Service Executive - EV Industry.**

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Support and Service Coordination**
- Act as the first point of contact for customers with service-related queries or issues.
- Handle customer complaints, service requests, and feedback efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, or diagnostics.
- Educate customers on EV usage, maintenance, and charging practices.

**2. Technical Support**
- Understand basic EV components such as batteries, motors, and charging systems.
- Liaise with technical teams to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems in collaboration with the service team.
- Maintain service logs and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

**6. Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer feedback.
- Provide service performance reports to the operations or service manager.

**7.Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in automotive service, preferably in EV segment.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of EV systems, diagnostic tools, and service procedures.
- **Soft Skills**: Good communication, customer service orientation, problem-solving, and time management.
- **IT Skills**: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and service management software.
- **Key Traits**:

Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Willingness to learn EV technology
- Hands-on attitude for fieldwork or diagnostics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
