**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated E Rickshaw Tele caller (Female) to join our sales team at GK Rickshaw Ltd. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by providing essential support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a female professional looking to excel in a growing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Provide product information and pricing to potential customers.
- Schedule and coordinate sales appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales quotes and proposals as required.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Collect and report market feedback and competitor information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
